Absolutely wonderful treatment and Joanne is so welcoming and caring on top of my reflexology she kindly gave me a massage on my trapped nerve which has helped me so much. Over the years I would say this is the best treatments I have ever had, I am really happy going to see her she is so professional.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The techniques used are different to a standard massage at a salon or spa. It’s obvious Mukti knows exactly what she is doing. She can find tension you didn’t even know was there! If you want relaxation and to really get to the route of any aches and pains then this is the place to go.

Really great. Gus is easy to talk to and makes you feel relaxed. Always gives great knowledge of the problems you have and gives the problem areas a good deep massage. Always feel better on leaving

This being my first visit I appreciated the extensive pre treatment discussions, Natalie asked great questions which helped us both understand my issues and how Natalie was going to approach the treatment I received. I felt so much better for the massage and I will certainly be going back in the future, thank you.

This is my second time with Kate. Had Indian head massage and reiki. Was absolutely delightful so relax. So chilled with Kate. Also had a few laughs also. Kate is absolutely brilliant if i could give more than 5 stars I would she is brilliant. Thank you my lovely will be booking again. Xx

Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!

Wowww! 😍😍😍😍 A warm friendly welcome by Joanne coupled with a beautiful calming ambience! Top to Toe treatment was outstanding. Heated bed, and very comfortable. The facial, head massage and reflexology make such a wonderful trio that complement each other. Didn’t want it to end. Joanne shared her knowledge with me throughout the reflexology which I liked. Abbie is great. Fantastic massage, great advice on stretches I can do and how to improve my posture. She's really easy to get on with and chatty, a great distraction from what is sometimes a painful massage (good/bad pain!!) Very professional and welcoming, thanks abbie.
