I have had sports massages with Lydia for the last two years. Lydia is professional, knowledgeable, and the massages are effective in improving my mobility. I always leave feeling much better and receive helpful advice on recovery. I highly recommend Lydia for a quality sports massage.

I walked into Maitri today feeling low & full of muscular pain & left feeling so much better & so chilled out! 🤗 I had an amazing mini back, neck & shoulder massage & a lush express facial by Kerrie who was so friendly & professional ☺️ I feel so much better & looking forward to my next therapy! Gorgeous lymphatic drainage massage with Evie this week; at 24 weeks pregnant we had a focus on legs but Evie did a once over everywhere first to activate systemically. I've had lymphatic drainage off Caelie, Jade and Evie now, both in the clinic and at home, and all are fabulous. Leave feeling relaxed and genuinely feel the benefit the following days.
