I recently had a Sports massage with Nev at Elite Massage & Recovery, it was a great experience. Nev worked on my neck, back, shoulders & arms, applying the perfect amount of pressure throughout the session. The atmosphere was relaxing followed by a soothing playlist that added to the overall comfort. Nev was exceptionally personable and made me feel at ease from start to finish. Not only did I enjoy one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a while, but Nev also provided valuable advice to help with my ongoing recovery. Highly recommend Nev to help anyone looking for a sports massage!

Another perfect visit to my comfort place, this time I woke myself up snoring and I didn't care, this is down to Lauren making me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I had an hour long deep tissue massage and it was fantastic, I feel so light and relaxed after it. I was welcomed and made to feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. A range of massaging techniques were used to ease up my tight muscles. The atmosphere was really calming with meditative music playing and the special thai herbal oils used smelled amazing. I thoroughly recommend the experience to anyone!

I honestly can't say how much I enjoy my facials I'm having! I have not only seen a incredible difference in my skin but Lauren is so helpful, always. I ask so many questions regarding my routine and requirements and Lauren's vast knowledge is very impressive. 10/10 treatment and service! I have been meaning to book in with Nev for a sports massage for months and I’m so glad I finally did. He is incredibly knowledgable, he tailored the treatment to my specific needs and was chatting me through what he was he was doing and why throughout the massage. Nev has such a calming energy which made me feel really comfortable and I actually managed to relax. I felt instant relief immediately after the massage and notice improved mobility straight away. I have been a client of Neville’s for a while now having sports massages which have always been fantastic. He saved me from chronic back pain after having my twins and also taught me how to activate my glutes in order to further help my back. After having surgery recently I was advised by my surgeon the importance of manual lymphatic drainage. I of course chose Neville for this and once again he has been fantastic, reducing my swelling and breaking down all the scar tissue that my body had created. I have had many massages throughout my life but since finding Neville I won’t use anyone else!
