I recently had a deep tissue massage with Methi and it was absolutely fantastic! I've been having a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and he really listened to my concerns and focused on those areas. The pressure was perfect, and I felt so much relief afterward. He also gave me some great tips for stretches I can do at home. The atmosphere was relaxing, and Methi was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Methi and Ruen Thai Spa for anyone looking for a great massage! I will definitely be back for another massage soon.

I went to Becky for a dermabrasion facial followed by an hour long massage and left floating out of her salon. I have had a lot of massages and love to pamper myself but I have to say hands down the massage is the best I’ve ever had. Perfect pressure and firmness and really relaxing. I love that Becky acknowledges that this is an hour for you to enjoy so doesn’t talk (which sometimes I feel compelled that I have to) it really makes you switch off and relax. The scent of the oil is really lovely too. The salon is lovely and warm too. I would encourage anyone to go for a massage with Becky

Becky is so warm and welcoming and I can honestly say I have had two full body massages and both have been incredible. I enjoy a good massage and go to lots of spas and I can honestly say hers is right up there. So relaxing but with the right amount of pressure to undo knots and tension. I really like the fact she can ancient throughout and says it’s for you to truly relax and not feel like you have to make co variation. I felt that once I know that I can truly shutoff and enjoy the treatment. Really happy and the price is inline with what other salons would charge.

Great massage and great conversation! Booked for my dad as a present, he was having terrible knee pains. Since the massage his knee pains significantly decreased. Both my parents said she was extremely wholesome with great energy, will definitely book again <3

Very clean studio space, comfortable, modern, minimalist design which helped to clear the mind. Massage-wise, lovely firm pressure just as I asked, and Farah has wonderfully released tightness in my back. Amazing service, would come again!

I had my first full body massage with Gemma this morning, she really listened to what I wanted and needed and I want to express that it was the best massage I’ve ever had. She ensured that I was relaxed throughout. I have booked a package with Gemma and look forward to the next two massages that I already have booked in!

A wonderful relaxing massage by Lucy, I had a top to toe massage which was amazing!! Lucy is so welcoming and I left feeling totally relaxed and invigorated. I will definitely be booking for another massage soon x

Lovely, as always! I highly recommended that if it’s not already included in the facial package, that an arm/hand massage is added. I also purchased moisturiser (hydrating) from kaeso beauty range today as it feels so nice when I had it applied during my facial. Thank you Roberta, I shall be back (again!)
