Went for a deep tissue massage after experiencing pain in my right shoulder. Iwona was great and really knowledgeable about how muscles nerves and tendons all interlink across the body. She showed me on wall charts what was happening and got to work sorting things out. I was really pleased with the results and will be going back to ensure I don't get any repeat of this pain.

Only just had deep tissue massage with Iwona. Absolutely amazing. I can't recommend her enough. Felt like years worth of wear and tear were being zapped away. Every second of discomfort felt like pain saying goodbye. Highly recommended for any muscular issues. Fantastic. Thanks again Iwona Pete

Absolutely lovely staff. The Little Sutton Medi Spa is a little hidden Gem. I had a relaxing massage with a bit of a sports massage mixed in because I have a trapped nerve. A wonderful massage with aroma oils blended. You need to try this place it’s fab. I have also had a full body massage and that was so relaxing too. I would definitely reccomend 🙌🙌🙌🤩🤩🤩
