If you’ve never had a Lomilomi massage before then you have never experienced a massage like this! I was made to feel very comfortable the whole time and on reflection felt like I was being embraced and cheered on by a tribe of powerful supportive women. Thank you!

I’ve been seeing Nicola for 2 years, focusing on lower back issue, after only a few visits this was fully resolved & Nicola focused on neck, upper back & shoulders due to the tension held due to sitting all day. I used to suffer with migraines, taking time off work, I now have a weekly massage & I’ve not had 1 migraine since. Massage is vital to maintaining good health especially with having a job sitting all day. Nicola also provides advice to prevent future ailments and how to quickly target areas if niggles start. I wouldn’t go anywhere else - Thank you x

Amazing!! My first session with Donna and it won't be my last - lovely welcoming and professional experience! I had a sports massage for a niggly shoulder issue I've had on and off for a while, the session felt almost like a spa treatment, much nicer than the usual clinical settings. I feel a big improvement in my joint already, and will definitely be going back!

I’ve been having Lomi-Lomi with Nat for two years, and it keeps getting better. That Nat is a gentle soul and natural healer is obvious from the start. She exudes empathy, intelligence, and care. A sense of calm envelops me even before I arrive, knowing what a blissful two hours I have to come, and how that feeling will continue throughout the day. I love that no two sessions are the same as Nat uses her intuition to give a healing and spiritual massage that leaves me feeling deeply peaceful. Lomi-Lomi is much more than a massage. If you haven’t tied it yet, I highly recommend that you do.

I have the most incredible 45-minute full body massage session at BODYROLL, and I can't stop raving about it! The owner, Triin, was exceptionally helpful and made me feel so welcome from the moment I stepped into the beautiful studio space. The BODYROLL machines worked wonders on every part of my body, leaving me feeling completely blissed out, I can't wait for my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone in need of some self-care coupled with a mini-workout!

I had a lymphatic drainage massage and it was wonderful

Donna is an amazing therapist. I am a massage therapist and know what a good therapist looks like and Donna has it in spades! I had a manual lymphatic drainage massage. I had breast cancer 18yrs ago and STILL suffer with lymphoedema! Donna is an expert in this area and I felt the difference immediately…the ‘padding’ of fluid had gone from under my arm. We don’t appreciate enough the work of the lymphatic system until it doesn’t work efficiently following surgery, radiation and reconstruction. This massage is not your traditional massage but it’s an absolute MUST for people like me!!

Great experience. Trini explains everything and answers questions. I love the warmth of the infrared lights whilst being massaged by the roller. Today I increased the speed and really felt the difference. I can define my areas of tightness and really feel I’ve worked on them . The studio smells divine , and decor is calming . All very zen . Highly recommend
