Thorough consultation to go over medical info, areas of focus and what I was looking for from the treatment. Really appreciated this as it made me feel heard, comfortable and confident. Wonderful experience with Bethan - she was so welcoming and was a calming presence throughout. She made sure to check in on what niggles I had before agreeing with me which areas to target and the massage itself was excellent - I didn't want it to end! Will definitely be returning.

Natalie is very informative, knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable and after only 2 sessions I feel amazing! The difference in my stomach after only two LD massage is massive! Would recommend her 100%
