Due to having hyper mobility syndrome, I often find that my muscles are tight and sore. Since coming to House of Soul Gemma has worked her magic and now routinely carries out my massages. Couldn’t recommend enough as Gemma is amazing and when you visit House of Soul you feel instantly relaxed.

Alisha is amazing, she is welcoming, kind, and really informative, she puts you at ease straight away. Getting to know you and your injuries or concerns that you have. She provides not only great massage but advice and infomation which will help your recovery or maintainance including stretches and exercises. She talks you through everything including the massage process and the techniques which she uses such as cupping. I would highly recommend Alisha
