A lovely experience! So friendly and welcoming. I was very relaxed during my session and couldn't be happier with my eyelashes! Georgia explained each step and was very gentle and made me feel comfortable throughout, couldn't recommend more!

Today was my first time going to the skin Beauty ( Basement Hair Margate ) I was Greeting it at the door by one of the staff i can't remember her name but she make me feel welcome didn't get to do what I wanted and that was Classic lashes extension but I did get my eyebrow wax I must say the Environment so friendly and I will going back thank to the staff that explain everything to me

Kate is excellent. If anybody is thinking of having their eyebrows done but worried about it hurting get in touch with Kate. I have just had my second 'touch up' and hardly felt a thing. She is very precise about measuring and the result is lovely and natural looking.
