Miroslava is a very knowledgeable professional and friendly massage therapist. She did a Sports Massage and incorporated some cupping for my shoulder, which has made a huge difference to my mobility. I teach fitness so have had a lot of sports massages in the past and this is by far the best. I would 100% recommend Miroslava.

I experience a great deal of lower back pain which impacts on my ability to benefit fully from reiki whilst on the couch SO today we agreed to see if there was any difference if I remained seated for the reiki after the head massage ..WELL THE IMPACT WAS 💯 improved with a much greater level of relaxation experienced and I’m hopeful fora deeper level of healing overtime!! Sally is absolutely amazing at what she does. I have experienced both reiki and Indian head massage on two occasions now, and each time I leave feeling incredibly relaxed and calm. The aura of her treatment room is so soothing, creating the perfect environment for relaxation. Sally is a gentle soul who instantly puts you at ease. I highly recommend her services!

The best massages every time

I had my first massage with Carly and came out feeling wonderful! Carly very gently eased out tension in my back, I slept amazing and woke up feeling like I could move my neck better. Carly also spoke to me about things to look out for in terms of how I'm sitting at work which I sometimes overlook.

Carly made me feel so relaxed and refreshed. Her facials are amazing and my back massage was so relaxing. Can’t wait to book again

Sophie has a lovely set up at home. Very professional and friendly. I had an all over very firm massage whereby Sophie was able to ease all the knots in my back. Would highly recommend.

I went to see Miroslava at her new clinic after a recommendation from my girlfriend. I never really get massages but I had been experiencing some lower back pain due to work. Miroslava discussed what kind of pressure and what areas needed focussing on, and throughout the massage she kept double checking the pressure was suitable. She was also super knowledgeable regarding how posture and pressure impacts your entire body. It was a very intense sports massage that I can still feel a few days after, so I would definitely recommend and will be going back! Thank you!

First appointment with Gina today. Had a back and shoulder massage. Gina was very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly gave me a great massage which eased the niggle I had in my back. Booked in again for a fortnights time.

I visited Sally today for the "Chrysalis experience". It was a combination of sound therapy, head and face massage followed by reiki. Each treatment perfectly complimented each other and I felt a new level of relaxation that I've never felt before. Sally is absolutely amazing at what she does. Always 5 star treatment 😊
