I suffer with tension headaches and migraines tried massage and medication but it didn’t help, I had a session of acupuncture with Sophie and she knew exactly what to do! It felt like a weight was lifted from my head and it was amazing! Thank you Sophie you are really knowledgable and helped me so much! I feel like I’ve got a new head! Without doubt the best massage I’ve had. Didn’t realize just how tight and sore my muscles were. Ben is knowledgeable, professional and also a nice bloke. Time flew over and I felt like a different person when I left.

My first massage this evening with Ben and I can already feel the benefits. Upon arrival I completed a questionnaire ensuring I was fully taken care of, taking into account my injury and specific needs. Ben was very knowledgeable and put me totally at ease. Fantastic again few sessions now and getting to the bottom of the problem. Ben always listens to my opinions on my injuries. Always helps to find a way to help me improve. Wether it be from sports massage or exercise and training advice. We wanted to work on strengthening muscles. Due to a latex allergy I’ve never been able to use bands. Ben went above and beyond by sourcing me bands to help. Highly recommend will never go anywhere else now.
