I felt very relaxed and refreshing after having a Swedish massage. It was very professional. The therapist was knowledgeable and applied appropriate pressure where needed. I was well informed of which oil is being used and they made sure if I am fine with the scent. The place was very neat, tidy and refreshing with the fragrance. Post massage therapist also advised me on my concerns. Thanks!

I've used SMJ sports therapy for a number of years now, for various issues, and as always, Sam gives a quality, professional sports massage that consistently leaves me feeling better at the end of it. Would definitely recommend treatment and advice for those niggling aches and pains.

Sa is an amazing therapist . She uses strong, effectual, long Thai Massage strokes of her fingers, hands, arms, resulting in a deep, impactful massage. She possesses exceptional skill and medical knowledge which she brings to her work and efforts . Sa kept excellent communication, so that she was responsive 2 a lighter more gentle touch, or a firmer touch, as required by me. Sa also made useful suggestions 4 heat treatments/movement exercises I could do @ home, to continue my progress. Truly grateful 4 her attention 2 detail treating my knee/ ankle, and I wish I lived locally 4more sessions..

Great Sports Massage! I recently had a sports massage, and it was fantastic. The therapist was skilled and attentive, applying just the right pressure to ease my muscle tension. I felt the knots dissolve, and the advice on stretching was super helpful. After the session, I noticed a big improvement in flexibility and reduced soreness. I'll definitely be coming back!

Emma was amazing, she identified that I had a torn rotator cuff, she applied used ultrasound and massage and it has massively elevated the pain. Emma also explained what I need to do to help myself long term.

Honestly the most incredible experience I’ve ever had. The room itself was very warming and immediately thought wow! The swedish massage was the best I’ve ever had. Will definitely be returning every month as a little treat to myself. Money well spent :)
