Fabulous reflexology treatment as always with Helen. Always go out feeling relaxed and calm, any aches or pains have usually gone away within 24 hours. Highly recommend

Tess is highly personable and professional. The studio is a lovely little oasis and is kitted out with deliciously relaxing scents and music. I felt comfortable and looked after. This is the best massage I've had in years and I will certainly be going back.

Josh delivered an excellent sports massage. We started with a brief but informative consultation about my health and focus areas. The deep tissue massage that followed was spot-on, addressing all my problem areas effectively. His technique was thorough and tailored to my needs. Today I had a winter warmer treatment to wake up my sluggish skin. Great head massage. Then I had my usual facial to calm down my skins after a stressful time. Left feeling much lighter and relaxed. Love Tess, she's a wizard at this stuff 🤩

Always a treat , great treatment, advise and super relaxing treatment lips wrap and pressotherapy. Treatments work really well together give instant results that last, improve skin tone and texture tightening and inch loss, that improve over the next few days and lasts. The massage is great for swelling really gets the lymphatic system working it’s relaxing also whilst having, the warming eye mask was an extra treat. Cell is a lovely lady knows her business and really wants to make you feel amazing and have a personal experiance , not just a treatment, her focus is on achieving your goal

Ancella makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in and talked me through every step as all of this experience has been new to me.

Arrived with a lot on my mind and a knot in my shoulder which after a lot of effort on Tess's part felt much better after some tension had been released in my neck! Magic fingers worked yet again. Even if you have had many massages you will quickly notice the difference with Tess. Highly recommended.
