Krisitna is amazing! I received a 60 minute Swedish massage. She listened when I said I would like a quiet appointment and checked in to see if the pressure she was using was to my liking (and it was). We focused on a few of my “problem” areas and I felt really great afterwards. I highly recommend!!

Everything about my visit was amazing! Arielle’s fabulous personality and professionalism shines through every step of the way. From the atmosphere in the waiting room, to the moment you walk into her space, your moment of zen and healing starts to melt away. Cannot recommend her more! Visited for a couples massage and she was able to enlist the help of a colleague who was equally as supportive and professional. I cannot quite find the words at the moment, so you’ll just have to book with her and find out for yourself. So… go do that now! You deserve it!

Fab deep tissue massage!

I always feel really good after a Session with Kristina. I am now getting a combination myo release and massage. I struggle a bit with wanting more massage than myo but the fascia groundwork is important too. Today my myo work felt like I was getting an internal massage. I don’t know how else to describe it. Also Kristina coached me on a recent injury of mine which I appreciated. She is knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and needs. I look forward to my next visit.

Today Kristina combined myofacial release and a massage focusing on my back and shoulders, where I am having some issues. I have been for many massages in my life and I don’t think I have ever experienced the incredible sensation like I did today. The myo massage combo was amazing. Even though the focus was on my upper body, the tingles of pleasure traveled down to my toes and even into my head. She has been working on my fascia four prior sessions over the past months so I’m not sure if that preparation laid the groundwork for the success I had today. Whatever the case, it was delightful.

It was wonderful Kristina! It helped me release a lot of emotional energy. The bowel massage you gave me was extremely helpful too. Looking forward to my next appt Jan 30th.

Amazing massage by Arielle. A lot of massages I have had were the wrong pressure, this was perfect. Arielle was very friendly and professional. I can be a chatterbox during a massage and she didn’t mind at all. Had a few knots and kinks I was having issue with and she worked them out. Business was clean and inviting. She accommodated me for a massage appointment I missed and has great communication, which can be rare nowadays. First timer and will be back. Highly recommend.
