I can not recommend the lymphatic massage more to those recovering from surgery or some form of injury. It has escalated my healing process where I have gotten off pain medications weeks before expected.

I was told by a previous massage therapist that the knot on the bottom of my heel would need surgery to relieve. After my visit to J’nay I told her about my heel and she immediately went to work on it and it was worlds better. Next appt she did a different technique on that same spot and I don’t even feel anything anymore. I am appreciative and ever in her debt for healing my left heel. The body will adapt to the lifestyles we live & some times it takes a special woman and massage therapist to heal places you may or may not had known needed some work. J’nay is an incredible massage therapist

Nitrice did an excellent job with my full body massage. She was calm, patient and did an excellent job focusing on my lower back which has been an issue for me.

Great service! J’nai uses hot stones as a regular part of all of her massages, along with other techniques. She does an amazing job! 😊💖
