I absolutely loved the scalp and neck massage while being shampooed and I felt they were very thorough! I felt very welcomed and everyone was very kind. My hair stylist was very precise and knew exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I left looking great! So incredibly thankful to have a hair salon like this in Chinatown. I’m sure I’ll be back soon. :)

Got the hair scalp treatment and a blow out. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep. Jessica, massaged my head, and scalp. what a treat...my go to....Curly did my blow out. Always good, never had to worry it looks bad.

As always Iris is a professional & continues to offer me the massages/stretches that I need to increase my comfort & range of motion. Her new location is inviting, comfortable & cozy. I get 1hr-90min Swedish/Sports massages w/foot reflexolog/warm towel. She also uses the hot stones on certain points of my body. I’m always doing better when I slide off her table vs when I walk in, 😂 . We have engaging convo when I need it, she educates me on how to stretch when I’m exercising or we have silent moments so I can just relax. She’s a great therapist & on point, so just book. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

11/10 experience! This salon was clean and the staff was nice and efficient. I’ve been to many salons and this was the most thorough hair wash and scalp massage I’ve ever had. And Curly was just amazing! I had the best experience with him. He listened and took his time to get my cut as precise and perfect as possible. He also gave me styling tips and got my pin straight hair to look voluminous like I wanted. Glad I found my new go to spot, and for my cut to be under $100 with tip is unheard of in New York.

Scalp massage felt great, hair cut was good a little shorter than I wanted but a really good cut nonetheless, even though I was kind of sad about the length I liked the cut and way it looked It was a nice facility. I would recommend. The price was very reasonable as well.

Love my haircut with Kanon. He is a perfectionist and started conservatively cutting my hair longer than target length. Then shortened after seeing how the weight and shape of my hair sat shorter. Then after drying, thinned out to get the right shape. I’m really happy with the results. Oh, and the shampooing felt luxurious. I fell asleep with the lathering and massaging. Highly recommend.

My massage/ acupuncturist went well as always. The receptionist, was somewhat unprofessional and should have retraining. On how to speak and handle clients, much better than today.

I like the variety of techniques they use to help ease your pain issues. My issue has greatly improved after four visits. I highly recommend this office for any pain related issues.

Kanon was amazing! The shampoo and the head massage after were divine. My haircut was wonderful too - he was so thoughtful and did a great job with the cut and blow dry and last min touch ups. Loving my new cut. He was also so kind and easy to chat with!

As always, my experience has been phenomenal. Curly was my stylist and is always super detail oriented and attentive to your hair type and tailors your requests appropriately. Super funny and sweet guy! Also got the best scalp massage while getting my hair washed as well.

OMG the scalp massage and wash was incredible! My hair stylist Kwok listened to my wants and concerns. I haven’t had a great hair cut in a long while! Definitely will be back in a couple of months for a retouch and style. I highly recommend this place.

The entire experience was relaxing, calm and wonderful! Miho gave me a fabulous hair wash, conditioning, head massage and then upper back massage! All was included with the price of the haircut and styling. I was impressed with it all and will come back! highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience. 10 out of 10!! From check in to leaving it was a wonderful experience. The hair-washing was the best I’ve had in my life. The lady even massaged my scalp, neck and shoulders. Moving on to the cut…. Talk about perfection!! Norway was my stylist and he came out with a briefcase of scissors, brushes, styling tools, etc. His comb had a ruler!!! The best cut I’ve ever had. The layers blend perfectly and even cutting about 6” off, my hair is still long and styled beautifully. I have curly hair and was worried the styling wouldn’t work but he also nailed it.

As always a GREAT haircut from Mina! The young person who washed/massaged my hair/ head needs to give a tutorial to all hair care people world wide!

Been a loyal customer at Toto hair. The front desk staff are professional. I highly recommend this place especially my hair stylist Kowk, I’ve been his loyal customer for more than 10 years. He listens to what I want for my hair and he recommends what’s best. The shampoo ladies provides a great head massage in this place. Saloon is clean, odorless and smoke free. The area is convenient and few blocks from subway. They offer other services and sell hair and facial products. I highly recommend this place. Come and visit! You will not get disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience with Hide. My hair cut is exactly how I envisaged and the head and shoulder massage was a dream.

This was the best haircut I’ve ever gotten! Ricky made sure to understand exactly what I was looking for. I’m so happy with how it came out. He kept the long length of my hair but added in layers and side bangs to give it more volume. He just got the vision. I loved how quick and efficiently he worked. Good- last time I came they gave me a really really good shampoo / scalp massage that was like .15 min so I was looking forward to returning but on the return it was a standard 3-5 min thing much different than the first, overall a fine standard experience
