Pros- chocolate upon check in (how nice!), receptive to pressure changes, massage was AMAZING, love the smells of the lotions and oils, water and hot tea offered before and after, clean friendly facilities, doorman was super kind, all around great experience and would go back! Cons- classpass won’t let you specify a preferred gender for masseuer (but Henry was great, felt super comfortable), masseuse stepped up onto the table and began walking on me with no warning (again, fine with, but a warning would be nice), and reception had me change into slippers for the 20 second walk from to the roo

I absolutely loved the scalp and neck massage while being shampooed and I felt they were very thorough! I felt very welcomed and everyone was very kind. My hair stylist was very precise and knew exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I left looking great! So incredibly thankful to have a hair salon like this in Chinatown. I’m sure I’ll be back soon. :)

Easy to make a same day appointment and convenient location. Upscale setting with great, friendly service that is affordable for Manhattan. High quality massage (I've had many) and responsive to feedback but seemed more like a typical American massage without much Thai influence. Highly recommend for great service, convenience, luxury feel and reasonable prices! Next time I'm in NYC I will be back

As always Iris is a professional & continues to offer me the massages/stretches that I need to increase my comfort & range of motion. Her new location is inviting, comfortable & cozy. I get 1hr-90min Swedish/Sports massages w/foot reflexolog/warm towel. She also uses the hot stones on certain points of my body. I’m always doing better when I slide off her table vs when I walk in, 😂 . We have engaging convo when I need it, she educates me on how to stretch when I’m exercising or we have silent moments so I can just relax. She’s a great therapist & on point, so just book. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I just visit and I can’t explain in words how amazing it’s was , clean, relaxing , Kayla the massage therapist was calm , it’s was strong and relaxing … if I could give 10 Stars I would , when you come in you’d feel like in spa far a way from the city , absolutely best way to start my Jewish new year 💙🇮🇱💙with love and calm body . 11/10 experience! This salon was clean and the staff was nice and efficient. I’ve been to many salons and this was the most thorough hair wash and scalp massage I’ve ever had. And Curly was just amazing! I had the best experience with him. He listened and took his time to get my cut as precise and perfect as possible. He also gave me styling tips and got my pin straight hair to look voluminous like I wanted. Glad I found my new go to spot, and for my cut to be under $100 with tip is unheard of in New York.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed an excellent couple massage here (we did the combo massage). The staff was accommodating and thoughtful, ensuring that we were comfortable as we got set up. The massage was even better, with both of us receiving treatments that had us feeling 100% afterwards. I'd recommend this place and will plan to return again. Thank you all again for the wonderful and thoughtful service! It was a great way to relax after a wild week.

Scalp massage felt great, hair cut was good a little shorter than I wanted but a really good cut nonetheless, even though I was kind of sad about the length I liked the cut and way it looked It was a nice facility. I would recommend. The price was very reasonable as well.

Cartoon is really a great therapist. She’s very considerate, knowledgeable, and always checks in. I came in for a 2 hour Thai Combination massage and it was fantastic. I came out stretched, with better posture . The Thai Combination massage is really great if you don’t feel up to the full Thai massage, but want to be stretched while also getting a relaxing massage. Once again, I highly recommend. 10/10 for Luxsa and 10/10 for Cartoon. Also 10/10 for the receptionist who remembered me from my last visit over a month ago. Thanks for a great massage and I’m looking forward to my next one.

This is a beautiful, clean and calming salon. The people are very kind and welcoming. The massage was very good, one of the best I have had. The masseuse made sure I was comfortable and they informed on forehand how I would like the massage. In conclusion, I highly recommend going to Luxsaspa. Thank you Alin and colleagues!

My massage/ acupuncturist went well as always. The receptionist, was somewhat unprofessional and should have retraining. On how to speak and handle clients, much better than today.

Kanon was amazing! The shampoo and the head massage after were divine. My haircut was wonderful too - he was so thoughtful and did a great job with the cut and blow dry and last min touch ups. Loving my new cut. He was also so kind and easy to chat with!

Sony and Ricky were amazing, I did the olaplex and haircut and the stylist Ricky took so much time to cut my hair perfectly to the shape of my face and desired length. He also was so knowledgeable about how to cut it in a flattering way based on my facial structure and took the time to explain as well as consider my input. He matched the photos I brought really well. He is an expert and if you walked 15min to a trendy Soho salon they’d charge you 5x the price and not do half as good a job. I only brought $20 to tip him and feel bad I didn’t have more. incredibly professional highly recommend!

OMG the scalp massage and wash was incredible! My hair stylist Kwok listened to my wants and concerns. I haven’t had a great hair cut in a long while! Definitely will be back in a couple of months for a retouch and style. I highly recommend this place.

The entire experience was relaxing, calm and wonderful! Miho gave me a fabulous hair wash, conditioning, head massage and then upper back massage! All was included with the price of the haircut and styling. I was impressed with it all and will come back! highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience. 10 out of 10!! From check in to leaving it was a wonderful experience. The hair-washing was the best I’ve had in my life. The lady even massaged my scalp, neck and shoulders. Moving on to the cut…. Talk about perfection!! Norway was my stylist and he came out with a briefcase of scissors, brushes, styling tools, etc. His comb had a ruler!!! The best cut I’ve ever had. The layers blend perfectly and even cutting about 6” off, my hair is still long and styled beautifully. I have curly hair and was worried the styling wouldn’t work but he also nailed it.

As always a GREAT haircut from Mina! The young person who washed/massaged my hair/ head needs to give a tutorial to all hair care people world wide!
