This is my 4th lymphatic massage at Chelsea Healing. I will always go back to them because they make me feel relaxed and aligned. Wei and Anna are both great for the lymphatic massages and pretty sure also with regular massages. Stephen is good with regular massages. Highly recommend this place. My body always feel better after a visit to this place.

I had the most amazing experience with Andrea. I got a massage and sauna wrap service that exceptional. From the moment she arrived, her friendly and professional demeanor made me feel so comfortable. She took the time to ask about any trouble areas and made sure to focus on each one, tailoring the treatment to my needs. Pros- chocolate upon check in (how nice!), receptive to pressure changes, massage was AMAZING, love the smells of the lotions and oils, water and hot tea offered before and after, clean friendly facilities, doorman was super kind, all around great experience and would go back! Cons- classpass won’t let you specify a preferred gender for masseuer (but Henry was great, felt super comfortable), masseuse stepped up onto the table and began walking on me with no warning (again, fine with, but a warning would be nice), and reception had me change into slippers for the 20 second walk from to the roo

I absolutely loved the scalp and neck massage while being shampooed and I felt they were very thorough! I felt very welcomed and everyone was very kind. My hair stylist was very precise and knew exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I left looking great! So incredibly thankful to have a hair salon like this in Chinatown. I’m sure I’ll be back soon. :)

As always Iris is a professional & continues to offer me the massages/stretches that I need to increase my comfort & range of motion. Her new location is inviting, comfortable & cozy. I get 1hr-90min Swedish/Sports massages w/foot reflexolog/warm towel. She also uses the hot stones on certain points of my body. I’m always doing better when I slide off her table vs when I walk in, 😂 . We have engaging convo when I need it, she educates me on how to stretch when I’m exercising or we have silent moments so I can just relax. She’s a great therapist & on point, so just book. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Easy to make a same day appointment and convenient location. Upscale setting with great, friendly service that is affordable for Manhattan. High quality massage (I've had many) and responsive to feedback but seemed more like a typical American massage without much Thai influence. Highly recommend for great service, convenience, luxury feel and reasonable prices! Next time I'm in NYC I will be back

Got the hair scalp treatment and a blow out. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep. Jessica, massaged my head, and scalp. what a treat...my go to....Curly did my blow out. Always good, never had to worry it looks bad.

11/10 experience! This salon was clean and the staff was nice and efficient. I’ve been to many salons and this was the most thorough hair wash and scalp massage I’ve ever had. And Curly was just amazing! I had the best experience with him. He listened and took his time to get my cut as precise and perfect as possible. He also gave me styling tips and got my pin straight hair to look voluminous like I wanted. Glad I found my new go to spot, and for my cut to be under $100 with tip is unheard of in New York.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed an excellent couple massage here (we did the combo massage). The staff was accommodating and thoughtful, ensuring that we were comfortable as we got set up. The massage was even better, with both of us receiving treatments that had us feeling 100% afterwards. I'd recommend this place and will plan to return again. My massage/ acupuncturist went well as always. The receptionist, was somewhat unprofessional and should have retraining. On how to speak and handle clients, much better than today.

The AI scalp analysis was such a cool and unique touch, giving me insights into my scalp health before the treatment even started. Viktoria’s massage was incredible, leaving me feeling refreshed and tension-free. If you’re looking for a luxurious and soothing head spa experience in Williamsburg, I highly recommend Head in the Clouds!

Kanon was amazing! The shampoo and the head massage after were divine. My haircut was wonderful too - he was so thoughtful and did a great job with the cut and blow dry and last min touch ups. Loving my new cut. He was also so kind and easy to chat with!

Kim was absolutely the best. I came in with completely missed highlights. She fixed the disaster, did some very soft shadow and subtle low lights. And she gave me a new fresh cut. It’s amazing how she can feel and visualize what would look best on someone. I was visiting from France, and I’ll make sure to come back during my next visit. The place is very welcoming and everyone was extremely nice. Great shampoo and massage as well. Don’t miss it if you need a new “you”.

AMAZING!!! Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! The lymphatic drainage massage was absolutely life-changing. Wei was incredible — her skill and technique were perfect, and I could feel the difference right away. I’ve never felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after a massage. The staff were so sweet and accommodating. I’m definitely coming back next week. Highly recommend this spa for anyone looking for an amazing massage!

The entire experience was relaxing, calm and wonderful! Miho gave me a fabulous hair wash, conditioning, head massage and then upper back massage! All was included with the price of the haircut and styling. I was impressed with it all and will come back! highly recommend.
