I was very pleased with the manicure I received – the technician did an excellent job. However, it would be helpful if the nail technicians wore name badges so customers can easily book a specific person via the Fresha app. The salon itself could use a bit of a refresh; it’s starting to look a little tired. There have been light bulbs out in the chandelier for a while, which gives the space an unloved feel. With so much competition at similar prices, a little TLC could really make a difference.

4.5 stars- The tech removed BIBG that I had for just over a week (it started chipping within 24hrs) from another salon that was too hard to get back into. She took her time and carefully removed it before applying the overlay in acrylic. She listened to how I wanted my nails (clean, natural, thin, timeless elegant, nothing fancy) and didn’t push for more. She checked with me at every stage to see if I was happy and easily changed anything I wasn’t. The only thing I would say is cleanup could have been better however I am super picky and a perfectionist. I will be back.

Emily is amazing! Have been seeing her for 5 years now and I would not trust anyone else with my nails! Her attention to detail is unmatched and she always has the most creative design ideas. Would highly recommend if you are after a local nail technician who takes pride & care in their work.
