Thanks for fitting me in so soon for a repair job and then a lovely file and polish: they look really nice and I felt like what I wanted was being 'heard', yet I also wanted to hear what the professionals thought would 'do' to keep the nails going until a more major visit next time. That was awesome: I didn't feel as if I was being sold more than I wanted, but they did more than they needed to anyway, which was very kind and professional. It's a lovely salon plus it's easy to park. On time as well! Thank you, ladies, and see you soon.

Lina was great at doing my SNS today. Was thorough and gentle - I have a sore finger and she listened and asked for Hayley’s opinion as well. I have tried other local nail salons in the last 6 months due to work schedules and once again I have returned to Ten for the quality and care.

I had incredibly damaged nails caused by shellac removal with a drill from a different salon. TEN came to the rescue and assisted me. Thank you Hayley for being so gentle. Super happy with my nails and will make sure I only use TEN in the future. TEN team are incredible x

Had my nails done for the first time with Nina. She was friendly and professional. I wish she was a bit more gentle but she was great regardless. I also love the atmosphere of the salon it was very comfortable. Would come by again :)

I almost never leave reviews, but TEN is really special and has completely changed my experience of what a nail salon should be. I have had the best manicures in over 30 years of getting them - my nails never break, peel or crack and the SNS doesn't even scuff or dull! They look so natural and lovely. To be able to make an appointment and know it will start on time, and be treated as a VIP and not a number is a game changer. The staff are clearly so happy and Nina is an absolute SWEETHEART. 100% flawless service and highly recommended, thank you! I'm a permanent customer now for sure.

I’ve lived all over Sydney, and travelled the world and this is still the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! Beautiful and elegant interior, very hygienic, gorgeous customer service, loveliest pedicure/manicure massages, foot scrub, attention to detail on cuticles/paint work and my normal polish lasts a full week!!!!!!

Hayley does a great job with my nails. I’ve been looking for a local nail salon for 2 years and have not been happy anywhere until now. Very relaxing experience and not rushed like most salons. Very happy and will continue to visit this salon.

Such a beautiful salon. Very peaceful compared to shopping centre salons where everyone is trying to talk over the top of eachother. I'm Vietnamese and not a single bad word was said about any of the clients who were receiving services. The technicians barely spoke to eachother and when they did it was to pass over a nail file or polish. Thank you very much for the service. I am going to get all my girlfriend's to transfer here as clients!

My daughter and I had an amazing experience here today. Would highly recommend going here. Where possible they have disposable single use items! Which is great to see, compared to other nail salons. Less chance of getting infections!

TEN never disappoints! I am admittedly an incredibly particular client when it comes to my nails, but I am so grateful I found Ksenia at TEN. I am always happy with my nails, they don’t chip or lift, she is so thorough and takes her time to ensure I always leave happy! My nails lasted over 4 weeks while on holiday recently, they were so grown out but still survived the trip. I was well impressed. When I need to reschedule appointments, the ladies always try their best to accommodate me without any hassle. Good service is hard to find these days, but you’ll definitely find it at TEN nails!

Always a wonderful experience: Kseniia is so creative and professional, and my nails look so awesome every time. The builder gel never breaks off, and everyone is amazed that they are my own nails (especially since otherwise they’re impossibly soft plus I’m tempted to bite them!)

Mikayla always provides high quality nail service with high attention to detail. The salon is always so comfortable and makes getting your nails done such an amazing experience.
