Yet again I’m so happy with my new valentine inspired nails. I sent a couple of photos which I thought might be nice. Julie kindly gave me some advice and we came up with one which I liked. This was completed in a friendly and professional manner. I’ve had several great comments from friends and colleagues saying how lovely my nails look. Thanks again!

This was my first visit to Simply Gels after being let down by another nail technician and it won't be my last. Julie was very welcoming and did an excellent job tidying up my very long overdue nails. She has an amazing range of nail colours and options to choose from I could almost be tempted to go every week to try them all out.

As someone with high anxiety I was so nervous for this appointment as a first time customer, to the point I asked my Mum to stay with me throughout. Within minutes of being there I told my Mum I was okay on my own. The atmosphere was so good in this salon. Skye Evans gave me a manicure and pedicure and was incredibly professional. I usually strongly dislike small talk but also really enjoyed talking with her. She explained everything and made me feel really at ease. I came out really happy with my nails and will definitely be back!

Nails by Laura were perfect as always. Just a shame the salon refit is taking forever and yet still looks uncared for. Finish is awful and looks shoddy, paint peeling off the new desk, towels hanging from the windows due to not having blinds…I’d be asking the refitters for a refund. Not a pleasant environment for beauty pampering.

A great hair cut by Bev and fab blab nails from Monica. A very relaxing 90 minutes.

Monica excellent and makes the experience good. BUT decor is very poor. Looks unfinished everywhere yucky brown walls. Doorway uninviting. Staff are pleasant and friendly just the building lets it down. Could do with painting the walls in a nice bright colour. Would make the effort to keep going worthwhile. Going to a salon should be a pamper experience unfortunately that’s not what the building makes you feel.

Chloe is amazing and will always go back to her thank you for making it easy to visit and making the long appointment go by fast with the great conversation and laughs, Chloe is a credit to the salon
