Stefania is a hair/colour/extension genius! First time getting tape extensions and they feel and look amazing. I have fine hair so a full ponytail is literally the dream. Megan is very friendly and accommodating. My nails and nail art are exactly as I wanted them. It was also nice to not feel rushed in the appointment unlike other salons where there may be a queue of walk in appointments waiting to be squeezed in. Megan clearly takes her time and pride in her work, without the appointment feeling too long either. You can tell that the products and tools Megan uses are of a good quality.

I’ve been going to a ‘nail bar’ for sometime now but it was never a nice experience, always very rushed. I decided to go to Joanne for the first time. It was like night and day, such a lovely, relaxing experience in a lovely environment. Joanne is so easy to talk to, many thanks for listening to me Joanne (turned into a bit of a counselling session) lol. Seriously no more ‘nail bar’ for me. The experience was great and my nails are beautiful 🩷
