I always have a positive experience at Studio Bec! 😁 It’s not just like walking into a beauty appointment, but like personal therapy sometimes too! Going to Bec is the only “me” time I really get, so for the atmosphere to always be relaxed and comfortable is perfect. Great for busy people too, who like the convenience of having more than one service with the same person on the same day, plus every service offered is high quality, both nails and beauty. I was already a friend of Bec’s before I was a client but even now, I’m still in awe of her drawing skills and creativity! 5 Star! ⭐️

These girls are absolute diamonds and this week have sorted my nail colour crisis out 3 times due to me changing my dresses for a wedding I can’t speak more highly of all the staff in this salon their work is 200% spectacular xxx

This is the first time I have ever have had my nails done but it won't be the last. Salon is clean, tidy and I got a warm welcome as I came in. Chloe is extremely friendly and competent. She advised on a much darker, vibrant colour for my nails which I would never have chosen on my own. I love the end result and am already thinking about the next colour I will have.

Always have the best treatment and service at Elite Retreat. Hair, nails, anything, always fantastic. Kerris is my hairdresser. Helped me go from dark to blonde over a period of a few months and i loved my haor at each stage. I regularly get my hair washed and blow dried and love it. Lilly does perfect nails. Michelle always does my brows and lashes. Been going for 3 years. Very happy every time I leave.

It's a shame you can't score more than 5 stars, this salon is honestly the best I have ever been too with staff super friendly ,I never go in with any design in mind and every time liz smashes my nails out the park with the design she does they are always amazing enter as a client leave as part of the family,a super chilled out salon with amazing staff and reasonable prices and always 10 out of 10 treatments ♥️♥️♥️🔥🔥🔥

I’ve been coming to Chloe since before she had her salon and now continue to come since she opened her salon. Always get a good service and I’m always happy with the end result of my eyebrows, lashes and nails. Fantastic place and I wish her every bit of continued success for the future.

Excellent service. Paula is very welcoming and always listens to any problems I may have had and comes up with solutions to getting the best from my nails. The choices and quality of the products is very good and I always leave the salon feeling pampered. I would highly recommend Paula to anyone who has a problem with their nails and she always does a brilliant job.
