A Natural Need is a secret gem in Hertford. They offer a huge range of treatments - more than any other salon. The facials are the best. I recently had a peel which included a mask - I've never had a mask with a peel at other salons. The service & prices are great. Thank you :)

Builder Gel Overlay with Gel Polish finish - This was my first time having Builder Gel and Wow what a difference it makes. My nails feel stronger and are not soft (bendy) at the tips so I will be having this done again. Libby is a great addition to the Salon and she kept me informed about the products she was using throughout. Fantastic service as always .

So happy with my hair! Ashley was super reassuring and put me at total ease trying a different style (balayage rather than the usual highlights I’ve been having for 25 years!). She talked me through all the options so I fully understood the plan, is so friendly to chat to and nothing is too much. Left the salon feeling a million dollars - thank you Ashley!

Had such a great experience at this salon! Becks was amazing, really understood my hair type and gave me lots of different options of styles that would suit me best. Lots of great products too which again matched my hair type perfectly and made it so shiny! Becks talked me through the whole process and really helped me understand and make a decision on what I wanted, and was so lovely and friendly to talk to!
