I am very happy with Nandi doing my nails today. I do however have a complain about the way the salons deal with clients that have gift vouchers. According to the receptionist at Century City you dont get a stamp on your card when using a voucher. Why not??? Is has been paid and def not a gift from the salon itself. If this continue I will take my service elsewhere as it is unfair.

Lovely service, very friendly staff and clean. Nails were done perfectly and with lots of care! Did not like that they asked for a tip it made me uncomfortable because I just budgeted to pay what the service was priced as. They need chairs for a waiting area because if the salon was full you will have to stand and wait for your appointments turn.

Very happy with the excellent results - however, the layout could be better and offer a more personal experience, ever just by utilising division screens.. Also, the nail tech could be a bit more gentle. These are my only constructive criticisms, other than that - my feet feel amazing, it was a great experience, and with the slightest adjustments, their establishment could have regular clientele. 💯🎉

I did a refill and my nails are looking good as new like a whole new set👌🏽. Would appreciate a bit more delicacy on the buffering. Apart from that , will definitely be going back for another nails treat! Love her energy ❤️

Lolly was my nail expert and she was incredible. My nails were in a sad state and she slayed. The salon is quick and well organized. I would suggest a mask as the smell is pretty hectic but everything else is great.

Oh my! What a wonderful pampering session I enjoyed at Sublime recently. Lauren K is just fabulous - friendly, professional and a top class therapist. Loved my massage, facial and gel nail mani. I practically floated out of there feeling super relaxed. The May special of R875 for 3 treatments is well worth it. The cherry on top is that the salon is within walking distance of home, so you'll be seeing more of me in the future. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Sublime.

Both Hajrah and Maria are lovely ladies who really take pride in their work. My massage wasn't as originally planned, but I feel like I received service far beyond expectation. Hajrah provided me the treatment I needed versus what I thought I should have. 5* to her skill. The salon itself feels a bit empty. It was strange to see towels hanging over the rail in sight of the general treatment area, and there was no toilet paper in the only bathroom on site.

I loved the experience. Very easy and calm. Felt at home. Siddeeqah was great and nailed the look and goal I wanted. And had great conversation too.

Every time I go to Gizzelle she surprises me each time with her being able to pay attention to every detail and always having a smile.I absolutely love how she treats you like family.When you show her an inspo picture she does it way better than the picture and the best part is that she takes her time with your nails and doesn’t rush to get finished with you.I must say she is very professional and you can speak to her about anything with out being judged and conversation just flow freely with out any awkward moments.Definitely the best in the industry 🤗
