Incredibly knowledgable care. An injury that I had come to think of as chronic and that has left many a physio scratching their heads in bafflement was immediately diagnosed and I’m getting treatment and an exercise programme that are helping. I had more of less given up hope and now after just three weeks of treatment I’m able to run again. I also have an improved understanding of the mechanics lying behind my injury and why the treatments and exercises are helping the way they are. I am so happy to have found M20!

Adam is a fantastic trainer, very knowledgeable and professional. I suffered 2 fractured vertebrae and have always been scared to exercise / do any weights because of the injury. Adam listened to my concerns and tailored exercises to my ability. Building my confidence and allowing me to push myself without causing injury. I’m really looking forward to the next session!

Ryan was excellent from the first appointment, he took the proper time to give me a thorough diagnosis then he worked on a strength and conditioning programme to rehab my injury. I have been to a number of physios before but this was definitely the most thorough and knowledgeable treatment I have had.
