My first time & I found the exp very professional & welcoming. Therapist knew what she was doing, very exp, talked thru everything frm what I wanted, 2 wat wud suit me, frm length to shape. Therapist also had no issues putting on or taking off eye pads, no sticking, pulling or stinging. The bed was comfortable got a blanket and her beautiful cat kept my toes nice and warm. Felt like I was in a salon, minus the rush or trying to find a park😊 nxt tim

I found the salon had a lovely relaxed vibe and it was clean and tidy , would definitely recommend it. I found Casey to be attentive, knowledgeable, polite and most importantly I was thrilled with my colour and cut !

I had a great experience at Bitter Sweet Beauty Lounge. Georgina lifted and tinted my lashes and they look incredible. She was so friendly, constantly checked in on how I was feeling, made me feel comfortable and we had a great chat. Would definitely recommend others to come here, great service, incredible beauty therapists & great prices! It’s definitely going to be my new go to.

I am so impressed that Keziah fixed my "messy & badly damage" lash lifting from other salon. Her skillful hand help to revise and nourish my lashes. Finally i had my beautiful lashes and more confident with it now. Definitely will return for the best service that she had provided. She is cheerful and beautiful that brighten up the day... Kaillie and Kristy were awesome as usual! This is a great hair salon with a friendly and down to earth atmosphere. Kaillie has cut and colored my hair for a few years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You are the best!
