My experience was amazing! I brought my 11 month old daughter with me and she ended up getting unsettled and upset and all the staff were so kind about it and were extremely patient! One of the girls even took her for a walk around the salon ❤️

My experience was great. Nil issues, friendly and great job. While I was there though, a customer came in unhappy with her lashes that were done the day before. The supervisor on shift told her “it’s not really my problem, you have to call head office”. It was then sorted out but that initial response was horrible.

I had the most amazing experience today at Ellua. It was my first time in salon and did not know what to expect but the service and quality of products used absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. I can’t recommend it highly enough, I will be back again!

Amazing service everytime

Kaelee has been amazing ! She always does my tan perfectly and I am so comfortable in salon with her. She makes everything such a breeze and I feel so confident in myself after seeing her! 10/10 recommend !

It’s been 15-20 yr since I last had my brows done at a salon after always experiencing break out from waxing. My artist listened to me, understood what I wanted and offered me sensitive wax option. Tint colour was perfect and shape was perfect.
