This was my first appointment with Stacey for a consultation prior to a treatment. She was really welcoming and put me at ease straight away, we discussed what I wanted from the treatment and did the relevant test patch. I can’t wait to go back for the facial.

Amazing lash lift - have over the years been to 5 different salons in Harborne areas for lash lift treatments and they have been rubbish or just okay - Donna however did an incredible job - professional from start to finish and my lashes look fab plus for the first time ever having my lashes done didn’t sting because she took time to make sure each stage of the process was done correctly. She also gave me a choice of doll like dramatic look or softer lift curl - again never been offered this choice or had the difference explained to me - cannot recommend this lovely lady highly enough!

Always a treat I look forward to every month. Lovely salon, Carrie is so friendly and relaxed as well as professional.

Nat always does a fantastic job. I’ve been using Nat for glam make up and eyebrows now so such a long time. She most recently did my wedding make up for me and there’s no other person I would of chose to make me look and feel that amazing on my wedding day! She went above and beyond the morning of my wedding, not only for make up but for helping us with anything we needed her to do aswell as nat helping me get into my dress. Million percent recommend Nat to anyone for any beauty treatments or Glam make up! X

Lymphatic drainage massage- I booked this massage to help support my overall health and wellbeing and to help me with a few symptoms I was experiencing. Stacey was super professional, knowledgeable and helpful and made me feel super calm and at ease. The massage itself was a lovely relaxing gentle experience and felt very detoxifying. I will be back for more treatments! 5 stars ⭐️

During appointments Natalie makes sure you are comfortable and engages in conversation, being a regular customer she always shows interest in anything previously discussed. On my wedding day Natalie kept me emotionally stable as well as making us all look beautiful. I would highly recommend Done Up Beauty for all your beauty needs.
