Sophie did my nails again today 💅 I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Sophie is always so friendly and accommodating and takes real pride in her work. I highly recommend her and a real advantage of using No. 1 Hair and Beauty is that their prices are very reasonable for the services offered 😊

The salon has been beautifully renovated recently, it’s always a calm welcoming space. I have had my lashes done by Hollie for around 7 years now and my lashes are always amazing! Hollie is very professional and knowledgable with a kind and caring manner. Highly recommend Swans! 🦢

I returned for my second microneedling facial with Natasha in her welcoming and relaxing space at the Beauty Lounge. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! Natasha’s personalised approach made me feel so comfortable and well-cared-for and my skin is looking amazing this morning! Can’t wait for my next treatment!

I just had my first ever hot stone massage, and it was the best experience! Aga, the massage specialist, made me feel at ease, was very friendly and knew what she was doing. The salon is very clean, and the massage room I was in was warm, had a lovely smell and relaxing music - super inviting. I've already booked my next hot stone massage in two weeks time. Thanks Aga, I feel so relaxed and de-stressed.

The Beauty Lounge is tranquil and relaxing, I enjoy every second of being there and feel like my treatment is catered to suit my skin particularly. I always come away feeling like my skin is glowing and rejuvenate and my whole manner is relaxed. Natasha is knowledgeable and helpful with my queries, she is welcoming, relaxing and gentle. I love every treatment I have with her.

Tracy is so professional and friendly. I always leave the Salon feeling 10 years younger !

Amazing massage. Really nice inside the salon, I loved the calm neutral warm decor and uncluttered, cosy warm massage room. I would have liked a nicer greeting when I arrived because the girl doing a nails appointment was half hearted about it., although I appreciate she was busy and concentrating. The lady that did my massage was very welcoming however.
