Amy is always very friendly polite and knows exactly how to cut and colour my hair, my hair is naturally curly and coloured and is not easy at all but Amy always does a fantastic cut colour and blow dry I feel a million dollars when I leave the salon, Also love catching up with Leah and the other hairdressers all very friendly and fun

I had the best time with Kasia today having my nails done. I used to go to a salon, and I always found the experience abit too much. With Kasia, in her beautiful salon it felt extremely comfortable and relaxed. I had plenty of time to pick my colour, have a lovely chat with a friend and my nails look beautiful. I will definitely be back next month! Thank you so much:)

Amy and all the girls are so friendly and welcoming, I haven’t been feeling tok well and Amy was so kind and really made me smile and feel amazing she knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut and coloured and I came out of the salon feeling a million dollars and my smile was even bigger!

First time in the salon, so impressed. Love seeing Jodie, she's so knowledgeable and makes you feel very at ease with all procedures. Highly recommend!

I have just had the most amazing experience with Kasia. She is so kind, caring and attentive to detail. Her beauty room is so perfectly finished. It felt more like a catch up with someone I’d known for ages rather than a chore going to get my nails done.

As usual my experience was excellent. It is amazing to have a beauty facility of this quality in Lacock.

My first visit to the salon and it was wonderful. Kasia is super friendly, so welcoming and genuinely such a lovely person. Cannot wait for future appointments!xx

Beautiful, calming and relaxing Debbie & Carly are very Lovely.... Aura is set in Lacock, one of Wiltshires most amazing villages......... Close your eyes during your treatment and you're instantly whisked back in time ....its like being on a film set without Colin Firth sadly ...but otherwise the perfect treat x

The BEST nail tech I have ever been too. She will ask you if you want a hot drink before you arrive. Then when you arrive is the most kindest and warmest welcome into her beautiful salon. She will help choose a colour that suits you, will check if you like it and makes sure your nails are perfect! 11/10!❤️

Kasia is such a warm and welcoming person! She made me feel such as ease, her salon is such a beautiful space! She is so chatty and friendly, it was lovely to be welcomed with a hot chocolate.
