I was given a gift voucher for a facial and what a beautiful gift it was! It was the most relaxing experience and my skin felt super clean and fresh. The salon is beautiful – it looks and smells stunning. The products are fantastic, I was already using them before I went in for the facial and I will continue to do so.

I came in for a Bedew Photo Facial and having had multiple different facials at spas and salons home and abroad, this was honestly by far the best I’ve ever had and the most relaxed I’ve felt since pre-pregnancy. With that in mind my problem skin is often hormonal breakouts but my skin instantly and now the next day is so soft and looks and feels to clean and clear. The ‘Bedew Glow’ I can confirm is real! Rachael even explained to me what each stage did for my skin and gave recommendations for next time based on my skin as well as aftercare guidance to get the most out of my facial experience

I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. Trudi is so welcoming and the salon lives upto it's name. The massage is just the perfect amount of pressure and touch to help you feel comfortable and ease those stresses away. I highly recommend booking Trudi. Already have my next one scheduled in. My little piece of heaven away from it all. Love it here. 😊

This was my first time at Serenity and although I had a little difficulty finding it 🥴, this did not effect my experience at all. I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I stepped through the door, even though I was late for my appointment time, the staff were both professional and friendly. I had a full body massage as a facial and to say I was relaxed when I left would be putting it mildly, I think I floated back to my car. I would highly recommend a visit to this salon and I will definitely be booking a return visit very soon

I had my first appointment with Bonnie today for a full set of BIAB nails with nail art and she is fantastic! I had a bad experience with a previous nail tech and Bonnie put my mind at ease, she is friendly and very professional and I’m over the moon with my new nails. If you’re looking for a nail tech I highly recommend visiting Bonnie. Thank you so much lovely and see you in 3 weeks for my infill x

Excellente treatment results i have rejuvenated by 10 years! The salon is very clean, Oana is a lovely, professional person, I recommend her with all confidence. I never believed in botox treatments, but believe me, it's worth trying! I no longer have wrinkles on my forehead, not even at the corners of my eyes, it's miraculous! Thank you so much, Oana!!! 🤗❤️

I came to Stephanie several months ago after years of always getting my nails done in a generic nail salon, and I've never looked back. Stephanie has a real attention to detail and is a complete perfectionist. I've never had a bad set of nails from her, and she also has a large array of colours and Magpie glitters to choose from. All the filing is done by hand, and she never fails to get my nail shape wrong. I would definitely recommend Stephanie for perfect nails 💅
