Always have a great experience at Rachel’s. It’s a lovely one on one environment, which I find much more enjoyable than busy salons and I’ve been going for years now, so consider Rachel a friend. She’s always warm and friendly and always tries her best to accommodate when I need to change an appointment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Tasha is such a lovely lady. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The salon is super clean and inviting. My deluxe facial was a lovely experience. Candlelight and soft music really enhanced the experience. Tasha is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I thoroughly recommend having one of her facials, it's a lovely treat and my skin looks so much brighter.

Annabella is absolutely lovely, she made me feel very comfortable, easy to talk to and explained everything to me. Exactly what I was looking for, as I didn't want to go to an intimidating salon/beauty room, her premises is private and beautifully presented. So pleased I found her. X

Kat is very professional and knowledgeable. She makes you feel really good about yourself and gives excellent advice. I wouldn’t go to anyone else now. My visit to One Head Spa was simply brilliant! Lauren was so lovely, her salon was so clean and the treatment was super relaxing, peaceful and really rewarding! Having had the scalp analysis before and after was great as we could see exactly the benefits of this treatment to our scalp!
