A Natural Need is a secret gem in Hertford. They offer a huge range of treatments - more than any other salon. The facials are the best. I recently had a peel which included a mask - I've never had a mask with a peel at other salons. The service & prices are great. Thank you :)

Erika is a blessing!! I have gone to her more than three times and will continue to! She listens to my vision of my hair and helps ease my anxieties because anything hair related makes me nervous! I feel supported and always happy with my hair and style after. Also love relaxing with a latte or tea when having my Glam done. Last little note, Erika styled my hair lasted all night and looked glamorous in pictures. I have had my hair styled by Ellie and Erika and both just as good, all the staff in there are lovely and friendly and make you feel welcome when entering the salon.

I was hesitant about getting a spray tan as i hasn't had one since my teens years but omg was i wrong. Yasmin was professional, friendly and gave me such a lovely light even colour, just as i had requested. The salon is beautiful, easy to park and open late. What more could you want

Love coming into Blo by Blo, when I arrived at the salon I was greeted by the girls. Steph washed my hair and had a mini head massage felt so relaxed. Chatted to the girls and then Ellie done two french braids in my hair and they looked really cute.

So happy with my hair! Ashley was super reassuring and put me at total ease trying a different style (balayage rather than the usual highlights I’ve been having for 25 years!). She talked me through all the options so I fully understood the plan, is so friendly to chat to and nothing is too much. Left the salon feeling a million dollars - thank you Ashley!

We visited Chloe during the Christmas break to have our girls ears pierced. Chloe explained the whole process and gave the girls lots of choices which helped them to feel more at ease. They were even treated to hot chocolates and sweets. A lovely setting for anyone looking for piercings/beauty treatments.
