This was the first appointment I booked with Beauty box and I was a little nervous going for a wax with someone new, but I shouldn’t of been. The lady who waxed me was so friendly and professional. I now have a new place to go for my waxing 10/10! 100% recommend this place for waxing

Jo is so, so welcoming, making you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. She is knowledgeable and professional and although she offers an ever increasing range of treatments and procedures, there is no pressure, she just wants you to feel good about yourself, which I did as I left the salon today with my new brows, (lost through alopecia). No more pencilling them in every morning, for at least 6 months, bliss! I thoroughly recommend you give JM a whirl! Just fabulous!

I have been going to Ener-Chi in Penarth for just over a year and every beauty therapist that I have seen has done a great job. Today, Eloise tinted my eyebrows and eyelashes. She always listens to what I want and is gentle with removing the tint so my eyes don’t sting. Great job and I highly recommend the salon.

Lovely salon, friendly and professional service. Lots of care and attention throughout my appointment and delighted with the results of my brow wax and tint.

Today's appointment was with Mariam, who reshaped my nails (squared-off French Tip) to a more rounded, almond shape. I went for a change of look, with a pale lilac BIAB, overlaid with a sparkly purple glitter, which was added with care, so that the glitter effect was uniformly applied. I'm delighted with the finished result and love my appointments at this fab and friendly salon.

Holiday ready with my fabulous manicure and pedicure nails look amazing Salah has worked her magic again especially with my damaged nail that I jammed in car door wonderful little salon girls are so professional and friendly definitely recommend anyone to visit.
