Amazing massage, felt the most relaxed I’ve felt in years! For someone that’s not overly comfortable in beauty salons, I was made to feel completely at ease and the girls were friendly and welcoming. I also had a gel manicure which is just perfect. Thank you so much, see you soon!

Fantastic visit to Serene again today . Best Botox I have ever had and been having Botox for over 15 years . Will never go anywhere else now as the results are fantastic . I also go to Sarah for my lip filler and all skin care . My skin has never been better . I trust Sarah with all my treatments from beauty to aesthetics. She is experienced , patient , professional , definatly a perfectionist and a lovely person . My visits are so enjoyable and I come out feeling amazing every-time . So thank full I found Serene :)

Today, I had a delightful experience as a model for a pregnancy massage! The salon's warm atmosphere and bright reception area immediately put me at ease. The staff greeted me with smiles and offered refreshing water, setting a perfect tone for my pampering. The massage, conducted by Karen under Jemma's guidance, was tailored to my needs. They explained the treatment thoroughly, ensuring I felt valued. Karen used soothing aromatherapy oil, and her perfect pressure eased my tension. had an overdue haircut with one of the girls, and it was so thorough! Full scalp examination and hair investigation as well as the expected wash cut and blow dry. They really do learn a lot on these courses! The wash was lovely, they asked before using any product and were very careful with brushing and combing. The whole process took a lot longer than in a salon, but that was to be expected as they're learning. All in all a very nice day out helping others learn!

Really lovely & welcoming staff. New salon nicely refurbished. I visited on an offer day. I had "Lemon bottle" fat devolve injection 💉 Everything was explained to me ahead of time. It's a bit to early to see results but the procedure was virtually painless & very quick. I shall return for other treatments💯 The lashes that were being done on another client looked amazing 👏 😍

Fabulous salon, very friendly as is Hayley. I had an illumi facial. A first laser facial for me. Hayley was very thorough and explained the procedure. At each step, she explained what she was doing. It was quite a weird sensation on my skin, but it didn’t hurt. Hayley finished the facial with a lovely cooling moisturiser. I noticed a big difference in my skin the following day so I’m excited to see how it is in 3-4 weeks. I would highly recommend Hayley for any treatment. She will definitely put you are ease. I will definitely use her services again .

Have been for a second lip filler treatment today with Sarah and was so impressed with the new look Salon. Sarah made me feel so welcome and relaxed right away talking to me as she put on numbing cream. We had a few laughs as always so by the time we started the treatment I was very relaxed and lips were very numb . Sarah takes her time to make sure the end result is exactly the look I explained I wanted . I am so so happy with the results and have to say Sarah is full of passion and experience for her work . Very happy with every treatment I have with Sarah . Thank you 😊

Lili is a class act. She provides an excellent service and you know that you are in professional hands: Lili knows what she is doing. Despite there being plenty of places in Bournemouth, where I live, I prefer to come to Skincare Cafe in Poole for my beauty treatments.

Silva is so lovely, this was my first treatment with Silva and I’m looking forward to coming back and having my treatments with her regularly. Highly recommend, and it’s a beautiful salon set up too ❤️
