Belle is absolutely fantastic! Listens to what clients wants and will not do anything to your hair that will ruin it. I love having Belle do my hair, she is a credit to the salon. Thanks Belle.

Rebecca has done it again! Back massage followed by a head massage was the absolute best! I only wish the salon had a bed I could crawl into after having such a relaxing treatment! Seriously though anybody who has a massage with Rebecca is in for a treat!

Was very nice, I got the result I wanted. The only thing I would say is I’m not sure if I received a hair treatment. I booked it but I do not believe I got one. When I worked in a salon I was taught to give head massages to anyone having any treatment to open the hair cuticle and soften the scalp. I’m not sure water a product was applied or not at the basin by I paid for one.

Paige is brilliant! Knows her stuff, always welcoming and kind. Her beauty rooms is always so clean and tidy!! Love my brows!!!

First time at Laura’s lovely beauty room today and it was a very good experience, love my lashes and she made me feel so at ease with my waxing. Will definitely be back.

Above the Norm indeed! Normalee paid great attention to detail, and was solicitous of my comfort. The Salon made me feel pampered. The forms and aftercare were explained to me before the beauty treatment, and I was impressed with the end results. I’m looking forward to having other treatments done at Above the Norm in the near future.
