It was my first time at Debut and it was such a wonderful salon. The salon itself is so beautifully decorated and my stylist Nicole was fantastic. She gave me a lot of good advice about my hair and made me feel like I had my sparkle back :) Will defo be back!

First time customer - I came in today for help to remove some extremely matted nano hair extensions and was lucky enough to have my natural hair saved with a cut toner and mask as well by Georgie,Tianey and Nicole. They were so lovely and did an 11/10 job. I’m glad I have found such a fantastic salon.

Edita is an amazing beauty aesthetician. She is very friendly and welcoming which made my experience smooth and pleasant. I had PRP done by Edita and can highly recommend her for anyone who is interested in enhancing their skin quality. Emma is such a kind, wonderful person and a great beauty therapist. I’ve been twice now to have my waxing done and each time she’s put me completely at ease and chats away with a welcoming smile. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my treatments now that I’ve found The Retreat!

Goda done my brows last week and was amazing. Was a god send finding this place and I’ve just had my lashes done. I would feel confident having any of the girls do my treatments. The salon is so clean and pretty and I felt so welcomed.

First time here and was really impressed. Everyone, including the receptionist was really lovely and friendly. Going to places for the first time can be intimidating, especially when it comes to beauty, but I was made to feel welcome. And the staff interaction with others was good, which put me at ease. The forms and advice I got was also great and very professional. Elise was really lovely (loved the smell of her perfume!) and she did exactly what I wanted - I was really happy with the finished result. Would definitely look to book again in future and recommend to others.
