This is probably one of the best salons out there. It’s a hidden gem I discovered. Micheal is great stylist and barber. He is friendly, takes his time and gives advice. I highly recommend Poiz Beauty Salon.

Here’s a refined version of your review: As soon as the elevator doors open onto the sixth floor, TOKA Salon feels like a breath of fresh air. The staff is not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming, instantly putting you at ease. I often find myself wishing I’d arrived early enough to enjoy their beautiful balcony—an oasis on warmer days. And with this unexpected November warmth, I really missed a chance to unwind there before my appointment. Giulia knocked it out of the park! She took my dry, damaged, long hair and make it look healthy, chic, and modern. She did an excellent job communicating with me as to what she was going to do, how much she was going to cut, etc. which I definitely appreciated since I wanted to remain as much length as possible. I found my new salon!

They did a great job with my hair color. The salon is decorated nicely and the staff was welcoming. It was confusing which side to go in, as one side is presented as a separate barber shop business, but that door was open and I was told to wait there. They told me the service my Groupon was for wouldn't be right for my hair, and I should do a different service, but wouldn't get the discount and would have to pay an additional fee. I went with that option as it made the most sense to me. The staff hardly spoke to me at all during the service and may not speak much English, but they were friendl

I visited a laser hair removal studio for the first time, and I’m beyond impressed! I found them on Instagram after a recommendation and contacted the owner. The communication was smooth, and I received a link to an app to fill out forms, pay the deposit, and get all the necessary info before my visit. The location was easy to find, the salon was clean, warm, and welcoming, and the staff were polite and professional. The specialist was highly skilled, and the service exceeded my expectations. The salon is always wonderful with a nice hair wash experience and my stylist Laura was so great, I got exactly what I wanted and she brought my hair back to life with a simple cut will definitely be coming back just for her

Everyone at the salon was very nice and welcoming. I was even offered a coffee when I arrived! Hairdresser Sandra was very knowledgeable and gave me a beautiful curly haircut. The hair washing experience was also amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing first time experience here! I was lucky enough to have Inesa who is both talented and engaging with all her customers. She did amazing job picking out the best color that would blend with my natural hair color and it turned out better than expected! I highly recommend this salon if you are looking for great customer service with beautiful “happy” results! :)

What a wonderful first time experience at Poiz Beauty Salon! My stylist Ainur was so welcoming and gave me exactly what I asked for. I just showed her a picture and she worked her magic ✨. I love visiting the salon of Topnotchbeautyintox. Despite it being freezing cold, it is very welcoming. i am always greeted with a smile and small gifts around the holidays. the salon is ALWAYS clean. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing waxing services, braiding, or other protective styles.

The last salon I went to was careless w/ my natural eyelashes & I knew I needed a change. Erica (lash tech) removed the old lashes gently & applied a new set (premium diamond set) that are so comfortable on my eyes & expertly applied. Manana has been my go to for all things beauty for many years now. I would never even contemplate seeing anyone else. She is the bench for beauty. Her attention to detail, compassion and listening skills plus her friendly demeanor are unparalleled. But if most of this doesn't matter to you then know that there is no one better to trust your beauty regimen to than Manana. She does excellent brows, dying and facial peels.

My experience at The Beauty NYC was absolutely fabulous. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and stylish.
