Roberto is always great. I don’t do the same style every time for my short hair and he’s always happy to try something new for me. He also gives good advice when I can’t decide between some styles. The salon is always clean and they have good products for hair wash and style.

I had an amazing experience at SKL Beauty Studio! Sammi was so welcoming and truly made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She took her time with my Russian manicure, paying incredible attention to detail. Not only does she do phenomenal work, but she also explained the science behind the products she uses, which I found so refreshing and educational. It’s clear she’s very knowledgeable and cares deeply about what she puts on her clients. I left feeling pampered, informed, and with the best nails I’ve ever had. Highly recommend SKL Beauty Studio!

Genuinely the best haircut I’ve gotten in NYC. I’ve gone to quite a few different salons dedicated to curly hair, including traveling all the way to Jersey to get a proper cut. And in all instances I’ve left underwhelmed, with a cut that was not what I had asked for. This experience was the exact opposite! She took the time to take into account the different curl patterns I have, my daily styling routine, what I wanted and what was achievable. I left the appointment looking and feeling amazing! For anyone out there with 3c hair who has struggled to find a proper cut, definitely visit Chi!

I have been patronizing this establishment for several months now. Maya does my lash extensions and she is exceptional. Upon entering the salon all the technicians are pleasant. The atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing. Maya is thorough and a skilled professional. I had an emergency last week and was treated well by the owner when explaining the circumstances surrounding the emergency. It's always nice when professionalism, skills, aesthetics and comfort are combined it makes our experiences even more enjoyable!

I absolutely loved the scalp and neck massage while being shampooed and I felt they were very thorough! I felt very welcomed and everyone was very kind. My hair stylist was very precise and knew exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I left looking great! So incredibly thankful to have a hair salon like this in Chinatown. I’m sure I’ll be back soon. :)

This was my second visit and I have to say Toto is now my new go-to salon! Everyone at the salon from the receptionist, shampoo assistant, and my stylist, has been nothing but kind and not to mention highly skilled and professional at their job. Crystal, the salon manager there is also awesome—always taking the time to answer any questions I may have unlike other salons who rather seem to get annoyed. Can’t wait to come back here for my next appointment and I honestly can’t recommend this place enough!!

Decode Salon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had an outstanding experience at Decode Salon, located at 210 Centre Street, New York 10013. The Professionalism of Qiu, Debbie provided exceptional service that exceeded my expectations. I opted for the Milbon Japanese hair treatment, Hair Color, and weeks after keratin treatment, and I very happy with the results. Qiu’s expertise shone through as he expertly assessed my hair's needs recommended the best treatments for me. The Milbon treatment left my hair feeling incredibly soft and revitalized, while the Keratin treatment. I highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Toto Hair Salon! I was a walk-in for a wash and cut with Jerry, and he did an excellent job. The salon was very clean, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. Jerry was professional, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. I walked out feeling refreshed and loving my new haircut. Highly recommend!

Nercy is amazing - very personable and friendly. I droped into Alchemy for a last minute appointment and she was able to squeeze me the same day! The salon is gorgeous, very clean and very inviting. I am more than happy with my hair and can't wait to go back.

Truly the best haircut I have ever had in my entire life. Specifically the attention to detail when cutting my layers was simply unmatched. I’ve had previous hair dressers say ‘well it’s impossible to cut even layers’ and I’d walk out the salon with all crooked hair. Not here. I highly highly recommend and will be going back!!!
