Joy gave a fantastic deep tissue massage. Worked out months of muscle tension and very friendly. The spa is beautiful and felt deeply pampered as well. Make sure you get there early to enjoy all the facilities fully!

I really enjoyed my experience at hale spa. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating from the moment I walked in and made sure I was taken care of. I really appreciated taking a minute to myself in the lounge after my service and enjoying a complementary treat.

The facial was beautiful and relaxing. The whole experience was excellent. I love that there is a lounge space separate to the check-in seating area as well. Feels like a smooth transition across the one space

Had the most blissfully relaxing experience. Be sure to leave yourself enough time before and after to make use of all the spa facilities. Very impressive luxury amenities down to the smallest of details. Highly recommend.

It was my first visit to Hale Spa. My masseuse was attentive and provided a wonderful relaxing massage. All staff I engaged with, were friendly and courteous. Next time I will use more of the facilities available to clients.

First time using the wet facilities prior to my facial and massage. High end space to make you feel super relaxed. I had Hasnia through both my treatments, she was kind, professional and knowledgeable, definitely recommended.

First time at Hale Spa and I was not disappointed. Gemma managed to fit me in after a last minute cancellation, hearing how much I needed a massage!). I often get a lot of lower back pain/stiffness and so the table that adjusts to lift the legs (vs the usual soft pillow) was amazing. Hasina kept checking in to make sure the pressure was okay (which it was!). She found the sore spots and massaged out the tension. We also had a chuckle over the ticklish spot in the middle of my back. The post massage drink was delicious. It was also lovely hanging out in the lounge afterwards. I will be back.

Once again…Hale Day Spa excelled!! Lovely greetings, professional people at front reception through to the therapists. And of course The Lounge….elegant toasty fireplace and comfortable lounge chairs …..beverages and snacks. I’ll be back yet again.

I’m had a very relaxing massage and facial. My skin feels amazing!! The team members were friendly and welcoming and the space itself was clean.

Simple eye brow wax but you get the whole spa vibe with it! Lovely rooms, waiting area, comfortable massage bed to lie on, great attentive service from Mia and checking into see how you like the shape. Top service! And gorgeous receptionist as well.

The staff were wonderful, the spa treatments were blissful, and the ambience was relaxing and tasteful.

If you’re looking for a place to unwind, relax and enjoy a great facial and massage, Salma is the perfect beauty therapist. Definitely will be returning soon to Canberra Day spa.

I had booked a Mini Restore Ritual very relaxing and good value as you get a beautiful 45 minutes massage and 45 minutes facial. Very clean space and friendly faces.

Exceptionally lovely experience, practitioner was so skilled and lovely.. It was my first experience of facial, day spa, and It will not be the last.
