It was my first visit to Hale Spa. My masseuse was attentive and provided a wonderful relaxing massage. All staff I engaged with, were friendly and courteous. Next time I will use more of the facilities available to clients.

The facial was beautiful and relaxing. The whole experience was excellent. I love that there is a lounge space separate to the check-in seating area as well. Feels like a smooth transition across the one space

First time using the wet facilities prior to my facial and massage. High end space to make you feel super relaxed. I had Hasnia through both my treatments, she was kind, professional and knowledgeable, definitely recommended.

Wow!! The skills of therapist, surroundings and the spa bath was amazing. And the little extra touches like champagne and nibbles topped it off. Very much worth treating yourself ❤️

First time at Hale Spa and I was not disappointed. Gemma managed to fit me in after a last minute cancellation, hearing how much I needed a massage!). I often get a lot of lower back pain/stiffness and so the table that adjusts to lift the legs (vs the usual soft pillow) was amazing. Hasina kept checking in to make sure the pressure was okay (which it was!). She found the sore spots and massaged out the tension. We also had a chuckle over the ticklish spot in the middle of my back. The post massage drink was delicious. It was also lovely hanging out in the lounge afterwards. I will be back.

Amazing message!!! Everyone were so nice, warm and welcoming. Very cozy room, excellent therapist and lovely waiting space with delicious calming tea. Very well priced too. Highly recommend. I got the back facial and Indian head message. Just what my sore body needed.

Once again…Hale Day Spa excelled!! Lovely greetings, professional people at front reception through to the therapists. And of course The Lounge….elegant toasty fireplace and comfortable lounge chairs …..beverages and snacks. I’ll be back yet again.

Hale Spa is class all the way. The pampering started with a nice warm welcome from the receptionist and a relax in the excellent sauna/spa pool area, followed by a truly wonderful massage by the lovely Hasina. It finished off with nice nibbles and some interesting cool health waters in the very pretty outside lounge pergola area. Everything, from the towels and robes to the building itself, was beautifully clean and luxurious. T'was a memorable experience!

Sauna and spa excellent and massage was perfect

I have been to many spas and had many treatments. This is by far the best experience I have ever had and certainly worth the cost. The staff are friendly and professional. They were easy to deal with from the time I made the appointment to the time I walked back out the door. Would definitely recommend The Canberra Day Spa to anyone looking for a pamper day. Overall, a lovely relaxing experience. Eating right before a massage is not recommended, so suggest you just offer tea/water in the break between the spa and the massage.
