Spa at Rae’s on Wategoes Iconic boutique hotel with charming and delightful but unobtrusive staff. The spa environment is small but beautifully appointed and envelopes you in luxury. Lighting is subtle, products lush and enriching, and the quality of towels excellent. The use of a doona/quilt was a new experience for me and was so comforting and cocooning during the treatments, I felt enveloped in care. The treatment therapist was truly professional and consulted with me before the treatments and completely immersed herself in my treatment. I floated out at the end. I thoroughly recommend it

I had a microdermabrasion facial and I couldn't be happier with the results! The treatment itself was fantastic—my skin feels incredibly smooth and looks more radiant than ever. I noticed an immediate improvement in the texture and tone of my skin. The spa was clean, relaxing, and well-equipped with the latest technology.

My mum and I had a fabulous time! The magnesium spas were incredibly relaxing, the plunge pool gave us an invigorating burst of energy, and the sauna and steam room were perfect for detoxing. The vibe was lively with upbeat tunes, and we could drink and eat to add to the fun. It's the perfect blend of relaxation and enjoyment. Highly recommend!

Nice environment, spacious fit out in each room with kind a helpful staff member to greet you. I found the rooms to be a good fit for purpose (Sauna, Large). Though, i found the ammenities cleanliness (bathroom and shower) less than what i would have expected from what appears from the outside like a well curated space. I will however be back for another try next time I am in the area.

What a beautiful space! The whole experience from the staff at reception to the massage to the soaking in the bathhouse … was truly amazing! Highly recommended and loved every minute !!

Beautifully curated space that evokes complete relaxation. You can make the experience your own. The facilities are excellent and well maintained. The staff a wonderfull and friendly. The whole space has such a positive energy. We will definitely be back to this unique gem.

Wonderful Took 80 plus mum on law and was a little difficult for her to get in the hot spas. Steeps just a little too deep. Otherwise wonderful

Upmarket communal bath house and spa. Steam room, hot and cold mineral pools, sauna and separate sun lounges too. Great food, drinks and service too. Change rooms could be more accommodating.

Massage with Juana was very very good, one of the best I’ve had. The bathhouse facilities are great but based on other conversations with guests I think further attention could be given to guests (especially groups) around bathhouse etiquete/closing doors to sauna and steam room etc and just being mindful of others using the space.

Really very lovely. I had an excellent massage from Melina, and then the 90 minutes in the spa. The two saunas, wet and dry were just so beautiful. Thee decor is divine. As is the cheesecake! Thanks very much, will make a habit of it.

Loved the pools and spas - loved the massage- just did not like the ambiance of the massage with the lights on full, they could be dimmed maybe , and the sound travelling upstairs of people from the pool, could hear constant talking…

My first visit and it was amazing! Great central location in town and located within a beautifully restored heritage-listed building. The service was exceptional and the garden courtyard aesthetic perfect for the location of each pool. Exceptionally clean, great amenities. Dining, drink options available on site with stylish decor. We did the 9am session so not crowded at all. We always felt we had sufficient ‘space’ to enjoy each other’s company, relax and chat. We will return!

I had an amazing experience at the Banya Bath House. The facilities were immaculate, from the sauna and steam room to the spa and pool — everything felt brand new and luxurious. I started my visit with a delicious cocktail and a bite to eat from their fantastic menu, and the baths themselves were incredible. I followed it up with a one-hour massage that was absolutely divine. The masseuse was exceptional, making the entire experience even more relaxing. Overall, I had a wonderful time and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rejuvenating experience.

Wonderful space with everything for recovery! I've been frequenting the I.R. sauna's over the last few months and have really enjoyed coming to a truly blissed out space. Staff are super lovely!
