Sweat and Chill is the perfect space to give back to your body. Every visit is a five star experience. Chelle is the perfect host and is always welcoming and ensures that your time in her beautiful and pristine sauna and ice bath is maximised and enjoyed. Absolutely loved my first treatment at Ambience Wellness. The space is beautiful and calm, my therapist was fantastic and the extra details throughout the treatment were well thought out and very enjoyable. Will definitely be returning.

Linh you are a miracle worker, I honestly can’t thank you enough for my lymphatic treatment. I have been seeing these types of treatments pop up on instagram and decided to give it a go and I just had the BEST experience! WOW that’s all I can say! The spa is a hidden treasure in the Karrinyup mall and I’m so glad my husband treated me with a gift voucher! I will definitely be back, currently back home and back into mum mode but sipping on my lovely takeaway tea!! Thanks again 10/10!

What a beautiful, calm and we'll thought out space. On arrival Lou greeted my partner and I through the sauna and I've bath and left us to it. It was the hottest far infrared sauna I've ever been in and being a 4 seater, it was very spacious for the 2 of us. The ice bath took a bit of courage but once in it was so invigorating! With the property being a rear block it was incredibly peaceful and private.. can't wait to get back there!

My best friend & I had the most beautiful session @ Sweat & Chill on the weekend. The space is so beautiful matched with a wholesome & homely vibe & stunning hosts. Chelle is so passionate about contrast therapy & you can really feel that on arrival. Being outside under the sunshine with lush green grass really enhancing the whole experience. We will definitely been back & have gained so much inspiration for creating my own space like this some day. Thanks so much!

WOW! What a great experience. Being a newbie to this type of thing, I booked an hour to use both the sauna and the ice bath. firstly, the booking process was seemless and very easy to do. Upon arriving, Lou (owner) took her time to explain everything and answer all my questions on the best way to go about the process of temperature therapy. The facilities are spotlessly clean with a really chilled vibe and you are also able to adjust the temperature of both the sauna and the spa to make it easier for your first time! I walked out feeling amazing and will definitely be coming back soon.

I had a 90 minute massage with Tina who was an excellent therapist. I have had better massages at Ambiance Wellness than I have at other more expensive spas (including the premium ones like Crowb, Bodhi J etc ). Would highly recommend.

I had the most incredible experience at this gorgeous oasis today with a friend! It is the perfect place to take your first (or 50th) plunge into an ice bath and forget about the world around you! Every detail was impecable! Lou has done a fabulous job creating this calming space and I will definitely be making regular visits this year!
