I am so grateful to have crossed paths with Michelle from A Thousand Paths - she is the most wonderful & amazing human. I have only had a handful of breath work sessions with her so far and I can honestly say it has been the most empowering thing I have ever done in my entire life and I truely feel that I have already come leaps and bounds from her guidance in only a short amount of time. Thank you Michelle for facilitating this beautiful journey inwards, I cannot put into words how immensely grateful I am of you for holding the space for me. And I couldn’t recommend Michelle enough! 🤍✨

Michelle just has a way with people, no matter the age. Connects so well with teenagers, makes them feel safe, heard and important giving space to be who they are and open up. She truly has a gift of helping others find their path to move forward and find a way to heal and build strength from within.

This was my first time visiting Spirit Thai in Windsor which has recently been renovated and under new ownership. I was very happy with the friendly service, the massage was great and it was a very relaxing experience. I was also offered water or tea at the end of my massage which was lovely. I'll definitely be back for a visit soon. :)

Absolutely beautiful space! Immediately felt completely at ease as soon as I arrived, the salon has a warm, welcoming feel, it is immaculately clean and smells amazing! Every part of my treatment was exceptional, I left feeling fully rejuvenated! I cannot wait for my next visit.

Let’s just say I am beyond grateful, I found this little place and the healers within this beautiful space. Along my healing journey, I have never experienced such a nurturing trusting informative space, for the first time in my life I feel like I’m truely healing and that feels Amazing.
