It was my first visit to the spa and Katie was amazing! She listened to where my niggles were and adapted the massage to what was required, using the right pressure throughout. I will definitely be back 😊

Lovely experience, I think her name was Marta who was lovely and greatest me at the spa, showed me around and gave me a pregnancy massage which was amazing!

Taken out my comfort zone and treated to a spa day, Never felt so reassured and cared for by the lady who did the massage. Thank you so much was a wonderful experience

Me and my friend visited on friday and it was a beautiful experience. The hot stones massage with cara was top notch, she really paid attention to detail. The afternoon tea with prosecco is a nice touch. A small spa but it makes it feel exclusive and private. Highly recommended. Just one note signage needs improving as you arrive.

Myself and my friend had a lovely spa afternoon .All staff were welcoming and very professional.The facilities and treatments were top class.I would recommend Hampton Spa to everyone.

First time to the spa, didn't use facilities just had a massage treatment. Had Beatrice for my Swedish massage, she was excellent, would highly recommend

Lovely time in the spa, treatments were great, just as we did a Sunday and didn’t do cream tea, so was given a Sunday roast, which the beef was very fatty!!

Always fabulous! From the welcome when you arrive, the attentive service and the wonderful treatments. The lovely peaceful spa experience feels like a mini break.

I’ve never been to a spa before but it is so lovely and relaxing. Staff were helpful and welcoming. I got shown around the facilities before I had my treatment so I knew exactly what I was doing. First I had a facial and Indian head massage that were both amazing! Then I went to the pool which was so relaxing, clean, warm and had comfy beds! Would highly recommend.

The receptionist was very welcoming. Kate the therapist was excellent...she was pleasant, helpful and her massage was brilliant. We had a fantastic experience and would love to visit the spa again in the near future.

Peaceful and calm atmosphere and lovely, friendly staff. The checking in process was so smooth also. Felt relaxed from start to finish. Apart from, just didn't find the children in the spa area too relaxing, very noisy when trying to switch off and relax.

We had the best time! Beatrice was fantastic from the booking moment to the treatments to keeping us informed! The spa was great, one of us really loved the steam room! We were a group of 3 in need of relaxation and we came out feeling like new people. The facial and body massages were out of this world! It also wasn’t really busy like you normally get at other spas and have to wait to use the facilities. Couldn’t recommend enough - we will be back!

Beatrice was so accommodating and made sure we could have an evening spa session. The facilities were lovely. Would be perfect with a jacuzzi. But can't fault the calm, clean environment. Thank you!
