Such a wonderful welcome and completely settled my nerves. Tanisha took time to go through many different options with me, was completely transparent and open about my procedure and made me feel totally relaxed during the treatment. Wonderful reception, well kept and designed space, calm and considerate atmosphere, very relaxing treatment by Maddie (Indian head massage). I’ve moved outside of Chi but I come in for this service, highly recommend Jane Bulbeck’s.

Wow! This Spa is absolutely lovely! Very welcoming, Spa area is spotless and decorated well with a calming atmosphere. There's drinks available, a hot tub and a sauna in the private Spa room. We booked for a treatment as well and it was wonderful. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family and I will, without a doubt, be back very soon!

Today I have had a great relaxing experience at the Black Swan Therapy & Spa Lounge. Mairead was very polite and calming and very professional .

Amazing experience. Wonderful, loved it. Friendly, delightful staff. A private spa with jacuzzi and sauna followed by a foot scrub and back, neck and shoulders massage. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Amazing pedicure, manicure and threading by Maddie - I love my bright blue sparkly nails, they'll be great for my holiday.
