Wow! Thank you so much - such a beautiful space, warm and welcoming. So calm and I loved how informative you were - I learnt some really interesting information to take away. The reflexology left me feeling grounded and the facial was heavenly! Peaceful, relaxing and exactly what I needed as I enter into my third trimester. <3

I felt held to expierence whatever came up for me. There was a lovely balance between explaining the process and relaxing into it. It was very professional and gentle and warm. I would definitely recommend.

Im currently having LPG treatment at the saunapod. Im half way through and already so happy with the results! Louise is so kind and professional and talks you through everything. The space is also very calming and i love that all treatments are natural and health focused

The Saunapod is incredible. Beautifully relaxing, a space to unwind and the treatments are amazing. I’ve noticed such a difference in my skin after having the Mask treatments and I’ve also had the infrared for an injury which has really helped. Highly recommend
