Such a lovely day at the spa!! Although I was disappointed with the afternoon tea… you used to get sandwiches and a Prosecco on arrival and you don’t get half of the bits you used to. Other than that spa part was just what I needed!

I booked a spa treatment and afternoon tea for my self and my brother, who is visually impaired. This is his first time in a spa. Everyone was so helpful, especially Kayleigh who greeted us with a very warm welcome , and was extremely pleasant. The service in the Brasserie was also extremely good , great customer service and great cocktails afterwards. We will definitely both be returning,

My friend and I booked the Afternoon Delight Spa package and also had a mini facial. The whole experience was very relaxing and refreshing and we had a quality afternoon. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Lovely spa. My feedback is that the towel hampers need to be in the changing rooms. Towels land used robes eft all over the place. A costume spinner would also be useful.

Simply wonderful, the staff were very professional and warming. We asked for a pot of tea after our treatments and was given a space in the bubble lounge to enjoy this. The facials were fantastic. I had previously told them that I have sensitive skink to perfumed products and she talked be through the products she was using on me today Reassuring me that there was no perfumed products.

We Really loved the spa experience. Lovely facilities that were nice and clean. However At £45 for two people it wasn’t cheap so I was a bit disappointed to have to pay an additional fee for hiring towels, robes and slippers which I feel should be included in the price.

We really enjoyed our experience. The overall atmosphere was lovely. The outside area in the spa we really enjoyed as we haven’t been to lakeside since it has been updated. The brasserie experience was excellent and the food really was beautiful ! Thankyou to all staff who made our experience enjoyable

The spa was so relaxing, love the sauna's. Afternoon tea was yummy, thanks for a lovely afternoon..

The spa surrounding outside areas are tired and dirty . Needs attention . Restaurant service and food was excellent

Fabulous time. Amazing relaxing facial and head massage. Those girls have magic hands, thank you. Great variety of spa facilities. Then a lovely lunch.

All the staff were very friendly and attentive. We were able to use all the spa facilities which were clean, and our afternoon tea was amazing. However, I had to bring some home with me in a doggy bag as we couldn't eat everything!

My daughter and I loved the whole experience of the spa and restaurant and the top class service from all the staff.. A lovely and clean place and lovely decor throughout the hotel. Spotless and could not fault anything on our mother and daughter treat. Thank you everyone for looking after us so well and to the chef who along with the waiter saw that I had a meal suitable for my coeliac.

A lovely few hours spent in the spa and having a massage; such a shame that one male thought that it was acceptable to take his mobile phone into the spa with him. Not everyone appreciates you making calls in such a peaceful place!

The spa was lovely, lots of different things to do and we were very relaxed. Unfortunately the lunch part of the day was very disappointing. I ordered the Caesar salad and I have never been served such a tiny portion for a main meal. It was served with what looked like boi or pak choi and was char grilled. This was in edible and did not belong in a Caesar salad. The staff were lovely though and the guy in the brassiere offered me an exchange but I declined as my husband had nearly finished his meal.
