Absolutely fantastic. I cannot stress enough how amazing I have felt since my treatment and I will be recommending you and your services to everybody I meet. It was welcoming and comfortable upon arrival, especially as it’s something I’ve never done before. Full of scepticism to start but left a complete convert 50 minutes later. Lovely set up to complement a brilliant experience. Keep doing what you’re doing because you’re doing it right. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I will see you after my holiday and into the future.

I had a 45min session in the recovery compression boots and it was excellent. The space was very relaxing, clean and well set out. Filip was fantastic and took the time to get to know me in order to make the most of the session. I would highly recommend The Wellness Lounge to anyone no matter your goal, you’ll be well looked after here!

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

There are no words that can express the expertise, friendliness and professionalism that are experienced on every visit, some visits are sport related needs and some are just for shear pampering and me time needs, there is a massage/therapy for every need. Thank you Paul, my sports massage was much needed yesterday and I came out 100% better than when I came in 🙏🏼

I’ve been going to The Glow Clinic with Vic for years now, and the difference in my skin has been incredible. I had damaged skin from the sun, and since Vic has been treating me, it’s completely cleared up. She’s so friendly and knowledgeable, and she always explains everything so clearly, which makes the whole experience so easy. The results have been amazing – my skin feels smooth, refreshed, and so much healthier. The clinic has such a lovely vibe too – always clean and relaxing. I can’t recommend Vic enough!

The luxury lymphatic facial with Rejuvenate is pure indulgence from start to finish. From the minute I stepped into the studio I relaxed into the space and the treatment and left with a glow.

The lymphatic facial was heavenly, the products felt great, smelt amazing leaving my face feeling the best it’s ever felt. Such a relaxing calming space. Nat was so knowledgeable on products, explaining everything so well…definitely a must recommend

I didn’t want to leave!! Not only was Natalie lovely and welcoming, she set the tone by explaining each aspect of my treatment and it’s purpose which made me even more excited! It was impossible to choose my favourite aspect but I did love the cold treatment element. I also loved the level of consistency, as past spa treatments I have had elsewhere have left me underwhelmed as one side of my face/back/arms etc were not massaged/treated as equally as the other but Natalie was fantastic at this! I’m already thinking of next treatment! Highly recommended! Thank you!!
