I had a 45min session in the recovery compression boots and it was excellent. The space was very relaxing, clean and well set out. Filip was fantastic and took the time to get to know me in order to make the most of the session. I would highly recommend The Wellness Lounge to anyone no matter your goal, you’ll be well looked after here!

I had a microneedling treatment with Grace this afternoon and added on the new BioRePeelCI3 and all I can say is WOW. Slight tingle and warm sensation but definitely manageable. I’m already loving the results and it’s only been a few hours. My skin already feels so much tighter. This is part of my third 30 day skin revamp package. Investing in my skin in 2024 has been one of the best decision. The rejuvenate girls are the best!! ✨

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Waiyee was very thorough in her questioning of what I was feeling in my problem area. And very helpful at talking me through why my neck had taken a bit of a turn. This was my first treatment at Rejuvenate and can honestly say I have not felt that relaxed in years! It is such a lovely, calm space and Natalie is so welcoming and obviously is great at what she does. She even made time to answer any questions and discuss future treatments.
