First time there as I've just moved to Rochester and I love it! Quaint little place, you almost miss it but it looks and smells lovely inside and the massage was absolutely great, would definitely recommend :)

George was brilliant! He’s very knowledgeable and talked me through everything he was doing. I felt very comfortable and at ease with him. After one session I feel much looser and pain free, I am very happy with my experience. The spa was also very clean, tidy and well presented, and the other staff members seemed friendly.

Every time I have an appointment here it is amazing! I don’t mind which therapist I have as they are all brilliant, super caring and professional, I’m never made to feel anything other than totally at ease. This was my third visit here and I have had different therapists each time, all have been absolutely brilliant! This place is an absolute gem, I’m not going to bother doing spa days anymore just going to come here as regularly as I can! Maria did my massage today and she was fantastic! I had a pregnancy massage with Ana today. Its was such a lovely experience, warm and inviting atmosphere as soon as I arrived. Very professional! Went straight in and settled in. Calming setting in the room. I've had a few massages before with other spas but this was by far the best. Ana listened to exactly what I wanted and for that the whole experience was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. I will definatly be returning again for a birthday treat!

Augusta was so lovely & friendly! A lovely little space - the massage was amazing too! Left my face feeling fresh & so soft.

After feeling rough from a cold, I needed to feel some relaxation and the spa facial was just what I needed! Not only is my skin glowing, I feel so calm & chilled!! As always, counting down to my next appointment!

Best Gua sha assisted massage. Such value for money as well. I recently went to a spa where the charged me more than 4x what Nadia charges, but they were no where near as good. I highly recommend Nadia.

I recently had a post-surgery tummy tuck 360, liposuction, blepharoplasty, and gynecomastia surgery, and I went to Nadia’s Beauty Room for a massage with Nadia. The experience has been nothing short of amazing! Nadia provided excellent care, helping to drain my water fluid and treat my scars. She has significantly reduced my swelling, relieving so much tension, strain, and pressure. Her attention to detail and level of care are truly second to none.
