Abbi puts you at ease, in fact Claudia and Dom are the same too. I wouldn't go anywhere else for piercings, as long as you listen to the aftercare you will get no issues and your piercing looks like it's been there for ages even after a few days. Great place highly recommend.

The staff at LNO are so brilliant, they know their stuff and always give really helpful advice and individual attention to customers. This inclusive studio is lovely and spotlessly clean, as well as conveniently located centrally in town. The jewellery selection is great and full of temptations to suit individual taste and price and tag. Dom is really kind and helpful, and a brilliant piercer. When (not if) I want piercings or ear jewellery installed, LNO is my only port of call.
